We designed with furniture for the kitchen, living room, entry, and primary bedroom. The spaces are cohesive but also speak for themselves, which we love! MainBuilt Custom Homes built the home a few years ago and we loved working on the furnishings for this space to really finish it off!
The primary bedroom turned out so classic, comfortable, and beautiful. I love the velvet upholstered bed as the statement of the space! The chocolatey brown paired with silver nailheads and silver bedding turned out to be so beautiful. I love the way the creamy chairs pair with it and all the pillows really tie everything together!
The living room is full of fabulous natural light, so the light furniture and large scale cocktail table! This space is perfect for hosting their adult children for holidays, but also relaxing as empty nesters! The comfortable furniture pieces make it great for lounging. Each fabric was chosen with entertaining in mind- performance fabrics are the way to go!
The accessories for this space really accent the overall feel of the living room. We love our classic faux florals and book cradle to showcase a beautiful designer book. Boxes and books stacked with candles and matches are both functional and simply set. We used a lot of crystal in the home too! The mantle has a few large crystal candleholders and behind the sofa are a collection of crystals. We love the way they make light dance!
The entryway is so classic! The mirror is truly such a statement piece with the gold, antique glass, and geometric shape! Crystal, a faux hydrangea arrangement, and beautiful gold lamp designed by Paloma Contreras. The chest with gilded gold a large hardware works as a great storage piece too.
