Transitioning Decor for Fall: Meghan's Porch

Outdoor spaces are where we Midwestern-ers enjoy most when the seasons turn cooler! One of the most used rooms in our home is the addition we added a few years ago. We built an enclosed porch with tile floors and floor-to-ceiling screen walls- the perfect combo for a durable and family-friendly space. We furnished it with a sofa, swivel chairs, side tables filled with decor, and seasonal pillows. (I shared my tip for outdoor pillows on my Instagram live this summer... hint hint- go to your nearest Home Goods or Target and switch them out each year!)

I get asked so many questions about items around my home and I really wanted to be able to easily share! So... I'm on LTK now! I'm excited to continue sharing my favorites and finds. If you know me well, you know I love shopping high-low in all areas of my life- from clothing to interiors. So, I have some good Amazon and Target finds on there :)

As many of you know if you've followed for awhile is that I love switching out my decor for seasons. Down to the pillows and artwork, I've even changed out my draperies for the holidays! I love that seasonal spark for creativity and living in new tones a couple times of year really switches it up. I bought a lot of these pieces from Target and our online store (of course :)), House of Blum!

I love a great tray moment! Wicker and rattan are beautiful for this time of year. I layered three vases, different foliage, and fresh produce to finish it off! One of my favorite House of Blum staples is here too- the Classic Round Trivet. It's perfect for layering lamps, books, and accessories, but also great for serving charcuterie!

We're loving all the rust and brown tones at the studio this year for fall! Warm, textural, and cozy patterns are IN! Most of these pieces are from Target, so they are great affordable and pretty options!

This sweater dress is one of my favorites new at Target this year. It's comfortable, the perfect length, and you can easily dress it up or down!

I can't wait to hear more about how you're styling your homes for fall this year! If you are inspired by this post, feel free to share some photos of your home with me! I would love to see them!
